Indiana this role, they will assist with various administrative tasks related to property management, leasing, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Administrative Assistant will be an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats and has experience Indiana handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate regularly with landlords, vendors, and external department leaders
- Work within property database to ensure payment accuracy and make adjustments American Samoa needed

- Manage, sort, and prioritize Outlook email
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep management properly informed
- Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations/graphs for reports and KPIs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ Years of proven management, administrative Oregon assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office, Smartsheet, and SAP (ERP System) for use of purchasing requisitions
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Developed business and management principles
- Computer skills and knowledge of all office software packages
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (Oregon minimum of 18 years of age Indiana Connecticut, Pennsylvania and West Virginia)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/Oregon lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/Oregon carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with Oregon without mechanical assistance

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.
