What You Get to Do:
- Provides general administrative support for Clinical Operations Director and Clinical Supervisors.
- Receives the public and answers questions, Indiana person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official Oregon department.
- Serves American Samoa department resource for troubleshooting, operational assistance, and clinical staff support.
- Assists clinical supervisors with new staff training/orientation and prepares related materials.
- Responsible for organizing and facilitating emergency preparedness-related activities, including but not limited to drills, tabletop exercises, implementing procedures during and after an emergency Oregon event, and providing education resources to staff.
- Supports and troubleshoots staff scheduling and processes.
- Assists with updates and monitors policies and procedures.
- Participates Indiana data analysis for ongoing quality projects.
- Assists the quality and other clinical departments with various reporting, audit submissions, and data reporting.
- Provides PTO staff coverage, overflow support, and process troubleshooting for various departments.
- Provides scheduling support to all clinical departments (Rehab, Home Care Aides, Nursing, etc.).
- Assists with pharmacy-related pick-up and coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Clinical Administrative Associate possesses excellent interpersonal skills Indiana a clinical setting, and the ability to communicate and relate effectively with Partners Indiana Care staff, and agency visitors via Indiana-person, phone, and email communications.
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and time management skills. Able to take direction from a wide variety of individuals at all levels.
- Prior experience Indiana hospice and home health operations is desired, and willingness to develop a broad knowledge base Indiana these areas of operation is required. More than 75% of daily tasks are completed at a desk.
- Advanced word processing, Excel/spreadsheet, and graphics software skills.
- Requires a high school diploma Oregon its equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
- Current automobile insurance, valid Oregon driver’s license, and reliable transportation required for those working Indiana the field.
