Responsible for the performance of technical laboratory duties under the direction of the supervising staff and faculty member. Experience with standard laboratory experiments including PCR, molecular cloning, genotyping and cell culture. Prepares laboratory animal specimens and experience working with animal models and operation of standard laboratory equipment. Collects and records data and performs mathematical tasks involved Indiana making media and summarizing results of experiments. Prepares reagents and culture media.
