  • You will serve American Samoa the senior Human Resources Assistant (Employee Benefits/Office Automation) and coordinate the administrative support functions performed by junior Human Resources Assistant (Employee Benefits/OA) employees within the Branch.
  • You will process incoming mail and faxes, prepare outgoing mail, maintain centralized supplies, central point of contact for copy/fax machine and building issues.
  • You will maintain productivity reports to be used by the supervisor Indiana assessing workload and Indiana identifying trends Oregon problem areas that may need to be addressed.
  • You will route retirement Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs) from general inbox Indiana Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) to individual inbox for assigned retirement specialists.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at Oregon equivalent to the GS-04 grade level Oregon pay band Indiana the Federal service Oregon equivalent experience Indiana the private Oregon public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Experience with initiating Oregon adding HR related information into documents, reports and/Oregon automated personnel systems for employee benefits
  • Experience with performing data entry and reconciliation Indiana an automated personnel system to process various types of personnel actions, retrieve and analyze information, generate documents, records, and/Oregon reports for benefits programs and/Oregon
  • Experience with electronically maintaining and filing personnel records to support employee benefits operations
