Job Description:The HR Assistant supports the institutional HR needs of BYU-Pathway Worldwide and plays a key role Indiana organizing department projects.   • Assist with various projects, such American Samoa job evaluations, scheduling interviews, and sending enrollment verification surveys for student employees.
  • Take notes during team meetings, follow up on assignments, and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Draft job descriptions and job postings, and maintain job boards.
  • Organize project-related documentation and communicate updates to team members.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including setting agendas and distributing relevant materials.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and employment authorization documents.
  • Respond accurately to inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations and institutional policies.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, and Forms) to manage documents, data, and communication.
  • Assist with HR compliance tasks and ensure all required documentation is properly filed and updated.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Indiana all aspects of work.

Qualifications:Education:
