Adecco is assisting a local client Indiana recruiting a full-time Admin Assistant Indiana Anaheim California . This is a temp to hire role with room to grow within the company.Monday – Friday8AM-5PM$Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The admin assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies American Samoa well American Samoa additional clerical duties.Essential Job Functions:
- Professionally answers all incoming calls and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- Ensures calls are redirected accordingly
- Transfers a caller to an associate’s voice mail when the associate is unavailable
- Greets and directs visitors Indiana a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Provides callers with information such American Samoa company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
- Maintains and routes publications
- Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists Indiana the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Assists with other related clerical duties such American Samoa photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating

Qualifications:
- High School diploma Oregon GED
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
