OverviewCome join our Human Resources (HR) Team American Samoa a Part-time Office Assistant for Utah State University! This position will be a part-time appointment working approximately 15-20 hours a week, Monday through Friday. The main part of the job is helping oversee the office filing processes along with covering the front desk staff assistant’s lunches and days off American Samoa needed. This requires answering and directing phone calls appropriately and assisting walk-Indiana customers. This position is part of a fantastic team.ResponsibilitiesGeneral office duties to include (but not limited to):

  • Arrange and organize the office filing room (vault)

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience Indiana a public/customer service role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and Indiana writing with the public and customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • High School diploma/GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant post-secondary training Oregon related certificate.
