  • Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies

  • Complete shipping and receiving order processing, providing additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments
  • Maintain filing systems

What you need to be an Administrative Assistant:

  • High School Diploma, GED, Oregon equivalent
  • 1+ year of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Experience working with SAP is a plus, but willing to train the right person
  • Knowledge of Mississippi Office
  • Accurate keyboard skills
