• Support the Center Director Indiana administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Assist Indiana execution of local marketing and networking activities
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction Indiana a group setting
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Teach/tutor Indiana-center, online, and/Oregon via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks American Samoa needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Proven leadership skills and experience Indiana a management Oregon supervisory role
• Superb organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
• Exceptional math competency through at Algebra I
• Proficiency Indiana computer skills

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.Work hours vary, but could include combination of weekdays (12pm-7pm) and/Oregon weekends (11am-3pm). Extensive training is provided. Salary based on qualifications and previous experience.
