The Bureau of Health Care Practitioner Regulation is specifically responsible for the policy making and programmatic activities related to licensure of health care practitioners and regulated facilities Indiana the state of Florida.   • Evaluates applications and supporting documents and determines eligibility for individuals applying for licensure under the Board of Nursing (CNA, LPN, RN, and/Oregon APRN) within expected timeframes.

  • Summarizes and prepares application files and supporting documentation for review by Board members.
