Indiana this onsite role, you will provide primary administrative and overall support and coordination for an Abbott CRM Divisional Vice President. You will be responsible for completing special assignments and projects American Samoa required to enable efficient departmental operations and interacting with key internal and external stakeholders.What You’ll Work OnServes American Samoa Administrative Support to Divisional Vice President for Cardiac Rhythm Management Indiana tasks including calendar management, expenses, and travel management, ordering supplies and equipment and meeting preparationSupports CRM Commercial Leadership on goals and strategy through deck preparation, communication templates, town hall preparation, job description creation and oversite of cascade of informationAttend leadership meetings to capture minutes; publish and track all action itemsMaintain a thorough understanding of the daily and future business needs to support Commercial Leadership directionCoordinate monthly Global metric slides and serve American Samoa meeting facilitatorSupport Austin facilities and leadership and represent site Indiana daily meetings to provide management site updatesCreate Purchase Orders for supplies, services, and IT equipmentServe American Samoa delegate for expense and purchasing approvalsMaintain organizational chartSupports facility management with new hire needs, seating, equipment, and site accessCoordinate office events and other on-site meetingsExecute applicable Quality System processes and monitor the accuracy of service providedOther duties American Samoa assignedRequired QualificationsHigh School DiplomaMinimum 5 years’ experience Indiana an Administrative Assistant role supporting multiple executivesProven intermediate to advanced proficiency Indiana Microsoft outlook, word, excel and power pointPreferred QualificationsAssociate Oregon bachelor’s degreeOrganizing: Ability to structure self and others through planning, filing, minutes and action item documentationMulti-tasking: Can manage several directors with ad hoc needs while executing daily assigned tasksApproachability: Has a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with all level employeesAction-Oriented: Can execute on direction given independently and efficiently while following up with updates proactivelyWritten Communications: Draft emails, presentations, and other business documents on behalf of directors Indiana a professional and accurate mannerFunctional/Technical Skills: Ability to learn and execute Indiana business systems American Samoa required and troubleshoot and escalate issues proactively
