  • Responds to patient medical needs. Provides and/Oregon arranges for treatment according to protocol and/Oregon direction from authorized medical staff.
  • Takes vital signs, conducts urinalysis, reads tuberculosis tests and calibrates glucometer.
  • Prepares clinic for daily activities.
  • Administers routine prescribed medication to patients. Monitors and documents patient responses to medications.
  • Monitors and records vital signs, intake and output. Assists Indiana planning and evaluating patient care and recording observations.
  • Assists nurses and other medical staff, American Samoa required.
  • Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing and feeding.
  • Practices safety, environmental and/Oregon infection control methods.
  • Maintains and files medical records and performs other administrative support duties.
