QUALIFICATIONS and PREREQUISITES:
- Licensed to practice Indiana the State of California
- Manual orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred
- OCS/SCS Preferred with manual therapy experience/certification desired
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Must demonstrate experience with management responsibilities
- Personnel Management Required
- CCI Certification Preferred Oregon willing to obtain Indiana order to serve American Samoa lead CCI for student affiliations
- Valid CPR/AED certification
