An inclusive world empowered by Alliant alumni.Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Campus and Student Services Oregon their delegate, the Campus Resource Coordinator provides administrative support, on-site IT and facilities assistance, and operational aid to students, faculty, and staff. Serving American Samoa a liaison and point of contact, the coordinator supports various university services such American Samoa IT, Student Advising, Campus Operations, and Admissions.This on-campus position entails providing 70% administrative and customer service support, along with 20% IT support and 10% facilities management responsibilities. Office hours vary with evening and weekend rotations required. - Monitor prospective and current student support queues; conduct phone calls, help walk-ins, and respond to emails regarding university services and programs.
- Assist with Student Advising tasks.
- Perform computer-related deployment and maintenance tasks.
- Support faculty, staff, and students with computer-related problem evaluation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and resolve tickets through the IT helpdesk and Alliant Integrated Services.
- Organize and input data into databases.
- Coordinate various events with campus and regional directors, including those for prospective students, professional development, and student engagement.
- Address application and enrollment inquiries from the public.
- Maintain positive relations with students, faculty, and staff.
- Keep accurate records and documentation, including notes Indiana CNS/Salesforce for communication tracking.
- Provide feedback on process improvements based on stakeholder input.
- Assess students’ needs and provide appropriate support.

- Manage attendance rosters according to university policies, initiate retention procedures, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
