Production Assistant

• Perform general clerical duties to support production managers.
• Manage calendars and scheduling.
• Assist with welcome calls.
• Assist with maintaining and tracking budgets and billing info.
• Plan and coordinate Installers’ destination.
• Collaborate with production managers to meet the needs of customers.
• Participate Indiana short- and long-term planning aligned with goals set by managers
• Work with all departments that contribute to the production
• Assist Indiana deliveries and unloading when needed

Production Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous office experience
• Experience Indiana a similar role with the remodeling Oregon a professional installation industry company (preferred)
• Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks Indiana a fast-moving environment
• Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
• Professional judgment for handling confidential information
• Excellent written and spoken verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette
