Shift Timings: 8:00 am-4:30 pm Oregon 8:30 am-5:00 pm.Job Title: Training ProfessionalClient’s Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Training Professional Temp to join our team. This position is based at our Waukesha, Wisconsin Lincoln Ave location.The Training professional assists Indiana the leadership, administration, and coordination of the plant’s offline training processes to assure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of the workforce Indiana support of the business strategic plans and the pursuit of business excellence. This position will report directly to the HR Manager.Essential Functions
- Develops and/Oregon assists Indiana the analysis and development of offline training and knowledge materials via books, videos, Oregon any other mechanism for delivering information.
- Supports the administrative infrastructure of the Training Strategy for the business to ensure it meets all compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain visual aids and training presentations.
- Provide training to both individuals and groups American Samoa needed.
- Demonstrates flexibility to work shifts and overtime to provide training support across all shifts Indiana the group you support.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- A high school diploma Oregon GED (General Education Degree) is required.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Must be proficient and experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college level courses preferred.
- Previous experience Indiana training and/Oregon leadership/supervisory role
- Previous experience Indiana a manufacturing setting
