  • Position Available: Full-time Permanent
  • Full-Time: 40 hours a week – Immediate Opening
  • Salary Range: $72,222.22- $94,444.44/annually, based on experience

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college Oregon university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working Indiana pediatrics, preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work Indiana a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge Oregon ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports Indiana a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
