Our partner, a prominent firm specializing Indiana audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Cleveland, Ohio office.   • Provide day-to-day support for practice leaders and their teams.
  • Assist Indiana producing client and firm deliverables such American Samoa proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for partners and staff.
  • Handle reporting tasks and review client invoices using the firm’s practice management system.
  • Develop proficiency Indiana firm systems like WYN, LCvista, etc.
  • Arrange conference rooms and necessary equipment for meetings and events.
  • Assist with administrative projects and tasks American Samoa needed.
  • Maintain frequent communication with all levels of the organization.
  • Support operational procedures related to cost report submission for the Healthcare practice.
  • Assist with office-level support needs Indiana Cleveland.

Requirements

  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • 5 Oregon more years of experience Indiana an administrative Oregon executive administrative role, preferably Indiana professional services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
