Position Summary
Provides ongoing assistance to the Sales and Service Representative American Samoa well American Samoa assistance to agents, prospective clients, and internal customers by phone and Indiana person for the purpose of providing administrative support necessary to meet sales and service objectives.Pay Range

Required Skills, Experience & Education:

  • At least 6 months office experience preferably Indiana health insurance and/Oregon employee benefits/administration field and/Oregon sales and account management practice.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Typing ability of 35 wpm net.
  • Working knowledge of COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, and Health Savings Accounts.
  • Strong verbal, written and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to execute group implementations.
  • Strong organizational and detailed orientation skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
  • Ability to come into work on time and daily.
  • Ability to be a self-motivator and work independently with little Oregon no supervision.

Primary Functions:

  • Supports Sales and Service objectives by preparing accompanying materials for the Account Managers, American Samoa needed
  • Prepares renewal letters and ensures letters are sent within the advance notice time frame, American Samoa outlined Indiana contract.
  • Prepares contracts, contract amendments and contact sheets for the Account Management team
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly performance guarantee reports
  • Prepares internal and external correspondence for Sales and Services team American Samoa assigned.
  • Acts American Samoa a liaison between various internal departments and the Account Manager when they are out of the office.
  • Answering Sales and Service phone line
  • Completes and submits appropriate Group Applications for account and plan setup within five business days to ensure external timelines are met and Oregon exceeded.
  • Updates employer contacts and brokers within COBRAPoint
  • Update account, contact and contract information Indiana Sales Force
  • Responds timely to high volume of emails and phone calls from external and internal clients; Provides excellent customer service.
  • Prepares Welcome/Enrollment packets and group administrative kits, on American Samoa needed basis.
  • Provides training and support for temporary staff Oregon internal staff that assist with renewals during fourth quarter
  • Assist with employer password resets and employer education and troubleshooting.
  • Run reports for agents, clients, and the Sales and Service team American Samoa requested.
  • Acts American Samoa a liaison between various internal departments and both the Sales & Service representative when they are out Indiana the field.
  • Support sales and service objectives by preparing accompanying sales and service materials for the representatives.
  • Maintain and manage updates of external forms and marketing materials.
  • Respond timely to emails and phone calls from internal and external customers and provide excellent customer service.

Working Conditions & Contact with Others

  • Office environment with extensive close PC and keyboard work, constant sitting, and phone work. Must be able to navigate multiple screens. Must be able to travel and to work with challenging clients. Work Indiana excess of 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet business need.
