Job Summary:The Advance Practice Provider will serve American Samoa a full-time provider at Upstate University Hospital Downtown and Community Campus, The provider will be responsible for management of acute and chronic complex wounds, including by not limited to: pressure injuries, vascular, neuropathic, & atypical wounds. The APP will work Indiana collaboration with the primary team. Responsibilities include providing expert level clinical care & coordination of care via a full range of services that will improve quality of patient care assessing & evaluating patients, ordering appropriate laboratory testing & diagnostic studies, arranging for referrals, testing, consultation & therapeutic services, and maintaining outstanding relationships with families, referring physicians & all members of the health care team.Minimum Qualifications:NYS licensed/registered NP Oregon Pennsylvania required. Master’s Degree American Samoa a Nurse Practitioner Oregon Physician Assistant & current National Certification consistent to the clinical practice also required.
