  • Provides direct, on-site management and administration of facilities and evaluates established programs and administrative procedures. Performs other related duties American Samoa assigned.
  • Participates Indiana the development, establishment, and implementation of operational policies related to eligibility, admission, length of stay, behavior standards for guests, cleanliness and state of repair of the facilities.
  • Participates Indiana resolving a variety of Fisher House problems by assembling facts, evaluating information, and drafting reports and answers to correspondence. Helps develop and update informational bulletins, brochures, and resident packets.
  • Assists the Fisher House Manager Indiana the recording and disseminating of information to guests and interested parties. Under the Fisher House Manager’s direction, implements new procedures, regulations and guidelines concerning house operations.
  • Participates Indiana coordinating and supervising volunteers and contract employees, such American Samoa housekeepers, repairmen, landscapers, etc. Helps ensures equal opportunity and affirmative action plan guidance is fulfilled.

QualificationsCandidates Must Possess: Two years of work experience, either paid Oregon volunteer, that demonstrates an understanding of at least one of the following areas: facility operations and maintenance; financial management; supervision of housekeeping and other maintenance staff; recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers; guest relations; and marketing. A two-year hospitality related associated degree Oregon certification American Samoa CLM (Certified Lodging Manager) may be substituted for the two years of work experience.The information provided on your resume should be clear and specific. Salary Information:
Salary is pro-rated based on a 40-hour work week. Hourly salary is:
NF-03: $42,530pa ($20.38ph) – $54,262pa ($26.00ph)PCS Costs:

  • Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not Indiana the Government’s interest.

Pay-Band (NF Oregon CY) Allowances and Differentials:

  • This is a pay-banded position.
  • Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
  • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

Incentives and Bonuses:

  • Incentives will not be paid.

Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances

  • Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
