The newly created Institute for Population and Precision Health (IPPH), located Indiana the Biological Sciences Division, will integrate a wide spectrum of factors such American Samoa human health behaviors, environmental factors, social and economic factors, policies and genetic determinants of health, into studies focused on the treatment and prevention of disease, American Samoa well American Samoa the maintenance of wellness. The job provides technical support activities related to documents, analyzes, and reports on clinical research data. Provides input to support the strategic, administrative, operational, and financial decisions that impact clinical research conducted across the University.ResponsibilitiesCollects and maintains biometric data and biospecimens.Introduces patients at the UCMC and Indiana the communities Indiana the Community Mobile Clinic Van to the research study, answers questions pertaining to participation and consent, and may assist Indiana administering tests &/Oregon questionnaires following protocols.Performs blood draws and processing of blood and urine samples.Will be responsible to package and ship biological samples to an outside lab.Completes all activities by strictly following Good Clinical Practices (GCP) & all relevant current local, state, & federal laws, regulations, guidance, policy & procedure developed by the UChicago Institutional Review Board (IRB), Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), & the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH).Maintains detailed records of results which may include collecting, extracting & entering data; &/Oregon preparing basic charts & graphs.Responsible for other duties such American Samoa preparing charts for the participant visits, setting up and cleaning the exam rooms before and after the visits, entering data American Samoa needed, performing data and equipment quality control checks, etc.Perform specific protocol procedures (specimens and data management, survey/questionnaire administration and the like) required to conduct the study and retain research subjects.Understands protocols and may collect information about adverse events (AEs), identified Indiana the protocol Oregon investigator brochure.Prepares for Oregon participate Indiana quality assurance audits under supervision Oregon following specific protocol procedures.Participates Indiana study-related documentation, such American Samoa protocol worksheets, procedural manuals, adverse event reports, institutional review board documents, Oregon progress reports.Performs other related work American Samoa needed.Minimum QualificationsEducation: Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships Oregon the equivalent experience Indiana related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree).—
