***This is an onsite position at our location Indiana the Downtown Indianapolis area***We are seeking an Human Resources/Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our HR department Indiana various administrative and operational tasks. The Human Resources/Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role Indiana supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can efficiently handle various administrative responsibilities, assist with recruitment efforts, maintain employee records, and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.What You’ll Do
- Assist Indiana posting job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
- Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.
- Assist Indiana conducting background checks and verifying references.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
- Process HR-related paperwork, such American Samoa employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documentation.
- Assist Indiana benefits administration, enrollment, and support employee inquiries.
- Manage HR department calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and announcements.

- Handle various ad-hoc HR projects American Samoa assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

Skills and Experience You Possess
- Prior experience Indiana HR administrative roles REQUIRED
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy Indiana data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
