Responsibilities

  • Track, record and order office supplies using approved vendor process.
  • Provide backup for data entry for payroll, AP and purchase orders
  • New hire orientation, documentation and maintenance of employee files
  • Generate Comp Checks
  • FedEx & Assist Payroll with timesheets
  • Assist with Purchase Order generation & backup documentation
  • Assemble material & vendor receivers from the field to the office
  • Assist Accounts Payable Administrator with accounts payables
  • Assist that all AP invoices associated with P.O’s have been received
  • Assist with closing jobs out.
  • Assist with reports, schedules and other forms required by the customer
  • Open, stamp & sort mail and distribute incoming faxes via email; receive/post deliveries & FedEx packages.
  • Record/Enter safety meeting minutes.
  • Copy customer reports & filing
  • Assist with customer weekly & monthly reporting – collect and analyze information
  • And follow up on the above tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Oregon Equivalent.
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Must have a current valid driver’s license
  • Ability to cross train and work well with others
  • Must be detail oriented and extremely accurate.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to follow processes, and alert management when escalation is needed.
  • Ability to travel for training
  • Must be able and willing to work Indiana a Construction environment, with construction people.

Wage Range:$25.00 – $30.00/hourBenefits:Full-time employees are eligible to participate Indiana our benefit plan which includes the following:
