- Tracks and contributes to Advertising activity updates including:
- Weekly priority updates for the Consumer Marketing team
- Weekly status updates for Executive Leadership
- Creative asset sharing Indiana Activation Meetings and cross-regional meetings.
- Team calendar, ensuring all OOOs and team travel dates are reflected.
- Assists Indiana the preparation of reports and presentations for the Advertising Managers and Advertising Leads, American Samoa needed.
- Provides back-up administrative support for the Consumer Marketing team.
- Meeting prep and scheduling Indiana partnership with other Executive Assistants and NOA facilities
- Occasional support with food catering, for onsite luncheons Oregon functions
- Supports the Consumer Marketing team with the development and execution of best-Indiana-class advertising creative across traditional and digital channels.
- Supports the Ad Leads with campaign execution:
- Communicates with internal Nintendo departments, vendors and external contacts on project status and scheduling.
- Supports the Ad team with accounting functions and budget tracking.
- Supports the Ad Leads Indiana securing approval and use of brand assets with internal teams, via designated routing systems.
- Responsible for the coordination of offsite software requests (Indiana collaboration with Product Testing & PPE) to support delivery of products for video productions.
- Coordinates software needs with internal and external partners, Indiana relation to video productions.
- Responsible for tracking and cross-team communications around talent usage.
- Supports Leads Indiana the Q/C of final assets before shipping.
- Supports Ad Trafficking Indiana the organization and delivery of all final campaign deliverables.
- Ensures final files are archived and distributed to appropriate teams.
- Supports the Advertising Managers with campaign development:
- Takes the lead Indiana collecting art assets, style guides, product information and other materials for creative development and distributes to agency partners.
- Manages the coordination of product demonstrations for external partners.
- Develops campaign summaries and information American Samoa required by team and department.
- Responsible for the development and execution of select custom marketing programs for custom media programs, including broadcast, digital and audio.
- Manages the briefing and creative review process with external partners (media and/Oregon creative agency)
- Presents creative to Advertising Manager and collects feedback.
- Routes and secures approval internal Nintendo teams prior to launch.
QualificationsSUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum three years of related advertising and/Oregon marketing experience
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to manage details and competing priorities.
- Experience with budget tracking and basic accounting skills
- Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry a plus, but not required.
- Effective communication skills: ability to ask probing questions, listening to learn, and reading/adjusting communication approach based on the audience and situation.
- Undergraduate degree Indiana Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Oregon equivalent experience

Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.This contract position has a base pay range of $30 – $40 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency.
