Job Responsibilities:

• Clerical duties include typing letters, unit inspection reports, filing, answering phones, cutting keys and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
• Placing orders and coordinating the estimates, delivery, and receiving merchandise with vendors. Distributing it to the proper location.
• Meet deadlines while working efficiently Indiana a team environment
• Data entry for condominium invoicing.
• Providing bids and researching materials needed
• Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication and computer skills
• Detail oriented individual
• Ability to lift 50 lbs required for distribution of packages American Samoa delivered daily
• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, handling changes of climate and overhead reaching
• Operation of an automobile American Samoa needed

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma Oregon equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant business experience
• Microsoft Office, excel proficiency
• Basic 1st Aid, CPR & AED Certification
• Flexibility to work weekends and ability to work outside for long periods of time Indiana variable weather conditions
• Proven ability to work within a team and build relationships across departments and functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
