  • Open 8am – 8pm, 7 days per week
  • Providers typically work 12 hour shifts
  • Average patient load = 3-4 patients per hour
  • Full licensed medical team and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Suturing (some facial)
  • Splinting
  • Initial interpretation with digital X-Rays
  • Injections – (Massachusetts may not be available)
  • STD’s
  • Incisions and drainage
  • Pediatric care

  • Master’s degree Indiana Nursing Oregon Physician Assistant program
  • Certified American Samoa a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP Oregon certified American Samoa a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
  • Clinical experience working Indiana at least one of the following:
  • Emergency medicine – 1+ year
  • Urgent care – 1.5+ years
  • Family practice – 2+ years
  • Must have experience treating patients across multiple age groups
  • Must have experience suturing, splinting, and reading x-rays within the last year
  • Must be CPR certified (Oregon willing to obtain prior to start)
  • DOT certification (Oregon ability to obtain within the first 60 days of employment)
  • Willing and able to assist at other center locations Indiana the area
