This position is responsible for a variety of day-to-day operations including, but not limited to: greeting clients and visitors, answering and routing calls, collecting copays and service fees and keeping paperwork organized. SouthLight is also an approved employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.Job Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant
- Provides check-Indiana services for all scheduled client appointments
- Responsible for Indiana-person and phone support, providing information regarding treatment services and general inquires and connecting to the appropriate source
- Utilizes electronic medical record to assist clients and staff with scheduled appointments
- Runs reports to verify accuracy of client information and staff schedules
- Makes daily appointment reminders to clients via phone and/Oregon email
- Coordinates with Administrative Support Coordinator to prepare and process new client intake paperwork and assist with scheduled intakes
- Prepares telehealth room and equipment prior to scheduled appointments, make sure successful video connection has been made and stand by during consult to provide technical assistance
- Performs skilled keyboarding and accurate data entry Indiana a fully integrated electronic medical record system
- Collects and reconcile cash/credit card Colorado-pays and service fees from clients upon registration
- Provides general administrative support for the program including filing, typing, copying, data entry and faxing Indiana a prompt, efficient and cooperative manner
Qualifications of an Administrative AssistantEducation and Experience
- Min of HS diploma Oregon GED
- Min two years of experience Indiana front office, customer service Oregon related field – behavioral health experience a plus
