● Manage special projects for the executive team.
● Work and communicate directly with the team to ensure projects are on track and completed.
● Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry American Samoa needed.
● Work on spreadsheets, create presentations and reports, and manage databases.
● Conduct product and vendor research.
● Help implement new internal programs, procedures, methods, and systems.
● Schedule meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
● Coordinate and schedule franchisee training, corporate events, and local store marketing events.
● Lead local store marketing events American Samoa needed.
● Maintain office and support supplies.
● Communicate with vendors on initiatives and issues.
● Draft correspondences and messages.
● Directly support executive and management team.REQUIREMENTS:

  • An associate’s degree from an accredited college Oregon university.
  • Must be authorized to work Indiana the U.S.
  • One year Oregon more of working administrative experience.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office within a PC environment. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience required.
  • Google Suite and Gmail knowledge required.
