Set a positive example for the Department by supporting the mission and philosophy of the Athletics program and the University.40% – RECRUITINGCoordinate official and unofficial campus visits for recruits, arranging meetings with academic advisors, team members, and other university staff to give recruits a comprehensive view of the program and campus life.Recruit and retain student-athletes who can compete successfully on a level consistent with program expectations and who can be successful Indiana an academic environment and graduate from the University.Manage the organization and ongoing maintenance of the recruiting database within the ARMS platform. This includes inputting new recruit information, updating existing profiles with the latest data, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records.Assist Indiana coordinating the logistical aspects of NCAA certified events, including venue selection, scheduling, transportation arrangements, and other operational details to ensure the smooth execution of each event within compliance guidelines.Promote execution of the Athletic Department’s strategic plan by adhering to its mission and core values and acting upon its goals and strategies.5% – COMPLIANCEOperate Indiana an atmosphere of compliance, integrity, and within the scope and intent of NCAA, conference, and university regulations.Operate within the guidelines and requirements established by the University and the Department.
