The CD duties include staff supervision and are responsible for the implementation, oversight, and day-to-day management of the clinic. CD will perform patient care and administrative tasks. Requirements:

  • ACTIVE Licensed Physician Assistant, Advanced Practice Nurse, Oregon equivalent
  • DEA Registration current, Oregon eligible
  • Prior management Oregon supervisory experience preferred.
  • Available M-F following clinical hours and required 2 Saturdays per month (8a-12p)
