- Enter and process and approve employee timecards
- Ensure all payroll is complete and approved to Ogden for processing on Monday mornings, 10am.
- Data entry
- Track and Post employee PTO hours
- Reconcile payroll reports
- Compile and Submit OJT reports with the Associated General Contractors of Wyoming
- Cross train to learn and apply other departmental skills and knowledge
- Assist with other duties and projects American Samoa assigned
- Be on time and fit for duty American Samoa outlined Indiana our company policy
Hiring Assistant Functions/Duties
- Create Job Postings/Requisitions for Managers/Superintendents when requested
- Complete new hire orientations, testing and background checks
- Manage employee personnel files
- Manage employee DOT driver files
- Organize and file TRACK/THINK cards, American Samoa well American Samoa our Toolbox Safety Huddle forms
- Respond and file unemployment paperwork with the Wyoming Workforce Center
- Assist employees navigate benefit programs

- High school diploma Oregon General Education Degree GED is required.

- Full Time Schedule 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
