- Issues purchase orders and properly designates costs to each department. Purchase order status is kept current at all times and properly marked American Samoa to which department they should be charged to.
- Arranges for efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to Technicians (Technicians only go to a supply house American Samoa a last resort).
- Works closely with Dispatchers and the Operations Manager to make every possible effort to keep them on the job working (not picking up parts).
- Adheres to purchase order system, proper purchasing and inventory procedures at all times and keeps the inventory database current and accurate
- Replenishes truck stock using the Technician Bin Restocking (TBR) System so that Technicians never make unnecessary trips for stocking. Plans parts replenishment around work schedules.
- Obtains parts lists on a daily basis from Technicians to replenish truck stock used during the previous day. Ensures job numbers are listed beside the corresponding parts used to ensure accurate purchase order data.
- Works with supply houses and maintains consignment inventory levels to make sure the shop has an adequate supply of all standard truck-stocked installation and service parts.
- Counts and values all serialized equipment on the last day of each month and reports accurate results to the Administrative/Accounting Manager.
- Inventories removed equipment from the warehouse and ensures corresponding jobs match.
- Counts physical warehouse inventory on a monthly basis and reports results to the Administrative/Accounting Manager.
- Processes all warranty parts and warranty labor credits quickly, then follows through to make sure the company receives each credit quickly.
- Organizes all equipment and parts stored within the warehouse area, keeping it neat and clean at all times.
- Process and recycle old HVAC equipment daily. Using power tools to cut and categorize Indiana bins.
- Maintain facilities Indiana a clean and organized manner.
- Obeys, teaches, and enforces the Code of Ethics, Team Rules and Team Philosophy.
