Our large local retail client has partnered with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing Indiana search of an experienced Executive Assistant.?Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organization skills are a must!Pay Rate: $40 to $60/hr DOE
Location: Modesto, CaliforniaRequirements of the Executive Assistant:?

  • Associates degree Indiana related area and/Oregon equivalent experience/training.
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved Indiana strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related software.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such American Samoa managing files and records, designing forms.

  • Good analytical, planning, organizational, time management, interpersonal communication, mathematical and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:?

  • Maintain and manage Executive Leader’s calendar of upcoming appointments, key events and activities; schedule business travel arrangements and coordinates events and meetings, including preparation and delivery of meeting material.
  • Provide customer service Indiana regard to ordering and processing of work requests and special needs.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, correspondence, financial statements, emails presentations and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, and database Oregon presentation software.?
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for consideration and presentation by Chief Administrative Officer for other executives, committees and boards of directors.?
  • Read incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plans their distribution.
  • Attend meetings and records minutes.?
  • Perform general office duties, such American Samoa maintaining records, managing databases, and performing intermediate bookkeeping.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports; open, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email; maintain logs of offsite files.?
