- Organize and direct all medical staff • Oversee patient services • Handle administrative duties • Manage budgets • Make hiring decisions • Ensure compliance with regulations • Develop and maintain policies • Train staff • Coordinate patient care plans • Liaise with patients and healthcare professionals • Appoint staff and assign tasks • Handle various HR issues • Monitor performance • Manage Medical Assistants, the person, and Receptionist • Ensure shelves are stocked by managing supplies and purchasing • Manage staff schedules and sick time • Communicate with bookkeeper and accounting team • Understand and apply employment laws • Timekeeping and approving timecards • Approve PTO requests • Conduct a two-step interview process
