Control Air Enterprises is looking to fill a Shop Administrative Assistant position (Part-time). The primary role will be to index and archive all material requisitions & receiving tickets that are generated Indiana the shop. Candidate will also assist with timekeeping and other administrative tasks American Samoa assigned. This is an entry level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate. This position will be located at our Anaheim office.Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced Indiana utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have good arithmetic skills.
  • Great prioritization skills & the ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail orientated and organized.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Ability to grasp new programs quickly.
