*The Washington State Attorney General’s Office’s (TPC) Indiana Olympia, Washington has an immediate opening for an attorney interested Indiana providing litigation services and client advice to one of the largest developers Indiana the State, the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT).DutiesThis position will represent WSDOT Indiana all aspects of public works procurement and construction administration, construction claims, bid protests, contract drafting, land use, and real property Indiana support of the delivery of transportation projects, including Washington State Ferries (WSF) and a variety of transportation electrification projects throughout the State. These are increasingly becoming large scale projects which exceed $100M Indiana costs. This position may also provide advice and litigation services to the Department of Enterprise Services and several other transportation-related state agencies. The selected candidate will have an opportunity to work independently and to partner with other TPC attorneys, professional staff and clients on a wide variety of interesting and challenging matters. It includes 24 attorney and professional staff located Indiana Tumwater and Spokane and provides advice and litigation services to WSDOT Indiana support of its construction, operation, and maintenance of state highways, the state ferry systems, and state-owned rail lines.
