The incumbent is responsible for making independent decisions using State and Local policies and procedures regarding issuance of birth and death certificates. The position is expected to provide excellent customer service.Determines applicant’s eligibility and issues certified copies of birth and death records. Collects associated fees and report collections on a daily cash report.Assist the Health Administration Services Manager with various administrative functions, including, but not limited to reporting, copying, filing, inventory, stocking, etc. Assists with facility and safety inspections, drills, meetings, and other related actions.Performs other related work American Samoa required.Responsible for the timely submission of timesheets and employee activity reports (EARs).Information custodian responsibilities include maintaining information Indiana accordance with state and federal statutes, rules, regulations and Department of Health Security Policy 3 and associated Protocols and Procedures American Samoa it relates to information Custodian, Delegation of Authority.
