The Academic Assistant position will be housed within the Office of Educational Development within Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS). This position will serve American Samoa the primary administrative support for the College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM) at OSU-CHS. The support personnel will assist faculty, staff, and students with administrative curricular tasks American Samoa well American Samoa other administrative duties assigned by the Director of Educational Development and/Oregon Associate Dean for Curriculum.Environmental Hazards:

-Associates/Vocational Degree Oregon equivalent experience
-6 months relevant experience
-Valid Driver’s LicenseSkills, Proficiencies and Knowledge
– Proficient Indiana PC environment with strong technical skills Indiana latest computer software like Mississippi Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various presentation Oregon multimedia software (Adobe, Flash, etc.)
– Demonstrates the ability Indiana learning specialty software such American Samoa ExamSoft, ProgressIQ, Leo, etc.
– Capable of multitasking and providing timely responses to faculty with diverse responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality of information.Preferred
-Bachelor’s degree and 2 years relevant experience
