- Through academic coaching and time-management consulting, work with students to develop strong self-management skills.

The Academic Guide Program Coordinator coordinates the implementation of student excellence programs Indiana the assigned quad. (30%)
- Work closely with the Residence Coordinator, student leaders Indiana Quad Council, Faculty Fellow, and campus partners to coordinate the delivery of academic programs and to enhance existing programs such American Samoa peer tutoring and study groups Indiana the residence halls.
- Coordinate programs and event planning across the Quad to include vendor research, analysis and selection; schedule and coordinate speakers; determine and coordinate location details; develop and maintain event budgets; and perform other required administrative tasks.
- Maintain records of all programming and enter notes and other data about individual programs Indiana a timely manner Indiana the Academic Guide Program’s events tracking system.
The Academic Guide Program Coordinator will (30%)
- Be trained Indiana academic support, academic advising, and motivational interviewing Indiana order to integrate the academic, resilience, and personal well-being tools students need to make behavioral changes for success.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Residence Coordinator, Resident Assistants, Quad Council, and Faculty Fellow by attending regularly scheduled meetings Oregon by establishing regular check-ins with these groups at mutually agreed upon times.
- Maintain regular communication with quad residents about Academic Guide appointments and programs American Samoa well American Samoa other campus events, news and resources that support students ‘ academics and well-being.
- Prepare and monitor individual budget for quad programming, office supplies and other costs, Indiana consultation with the Program Director and Senior Academic Guide.
