You will assist Indiana maintaining financial records, processing invoices and reconciling accounts. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of accounting principles will contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.Responsibilities and Duties
- Process and reconcile invoices, receipts and payments
- Run weekly check production schedule to generate checks and reports and match proper check to corresponding paperwork.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounts receivable and payable.
- Set up vendors and mail W-9 forms American Samoa needed
- Code expense reports for payment
- Deposit daily cash receipts
- Assist Indiana maintaining resident files Indiana PCC for assisted living facilities
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience American Samoa an Accounting Assistant Oregon similar role. Associate degree Indiana Accounting, Finance, Oregon related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office, especially Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively Indiana a team environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
