  • Label and enter A/P bills into our accounting software
  • Keep pertinent A/P spreadsheets up to date
  • Review & reconcile monthly statements
  • Audit profitability reports
  • Manage trade agreements & insurances, with vendor set up Indiana our software
  • Answer phone calls Oregon emails from trade partners & superintendents
  • Support accounting and construction services with administrative and operational duties

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a variety of calls and/Oregon emails daily
  • Perform various clerical and operational tasks

This is a full-time position at CBH Homes’ headquarters Indiana Meridian, Idaho, from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
