Job Description:The purpose of this role is to assist Indiana the work of salvation and exaltation by providing individual contributor, entry level administrative support to Institute Teachers and Director and/Oregon one Oregon more functional team Oregon work group.Preferred Experience with basic office machines, Microsoft Suite and administrative support knowledge
This position will be Indiana charge of enrolling and the administration of students records, overseeing financials and processing credit card transactions. This is a full-time benefitted position with 36 hours a week if done year round. Preferred schedule would be 40 hours a week during school year and 20 hours a week during the summer.Responsibilities:Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing memos, documents, reports, spreadsheets (including charts and graphs), and presentations using a wide range of software and platforms.
  • Collecting data and compiling information.
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Using computer apps and software to schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Answering and screening telephone calls – forwards calls and takes messages American Samoa needed
  • Receiving and sorting mail and correspondence

Qualifications:Required:
