Position SummaryUNM-Valencia is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant 2 who will work Indiana the Nursing Department. The individual will provide administrative support to the department and will be the main point of contact for the department. This person will be responsible for relaying and resolving routine telephone and/Oregon walk-up inquiries, student questions, and proving instructor assistance American Samoa needed, relating to the program. Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma Oregon GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree Oregon higher Indiana business related program.
- Experience at a community college Oregon university
- Experience Indiana an associate Oregon bachelor degree nursing program
