Position SummaryThe University of New Mexico College of Nursing (CON) is seeking a goal-oriented, resourceful, dedicated, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for the undergraduate faculty. This dynamic role involves customer service tasks such American Samoa responding to information requests, triaging inquiries, maintaining calendars, coordinating activities and travel arrangements, attending meetings, preparing agenda packets and minutes, and effectively disseminating information. Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma Oregon GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
