We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsCoordinates the workflow of department leadership and administrative staff by providing administrative and secretarial support.What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Associate degree Indiana secretarial sciences Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Preferred Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
• Preferred License: Notary public.
• Required Experience: Three Oregon more years of progressive administrative, office management Oregon executive secretarial experience.
• Preferred Experience: Experience Indiana health related field to include strong ability to take minutes, compose letters, transcribe dictation, use standard office equipment and operation of a personal computer. Working knowledge of medical terminology also helpful.
