DepartmentMarketingDescriptionThe Administrative Assistant to Director, Marketing Operations orchestrates highly complex, confidential administrative projects that require coordination with department management and partnering support staff. Essential job duties include anticipating the needs of and supporting the Director, administrative management of sub-department meetings, and organizing and executing travel, expense, and administrative duties American Samoa assigned. The responsibilities listed for this position are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned American Samoa needed.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing communications and providing direct support for the Director
  • Manage email and schedule calendar appointments, meetings, and interviews
  • Manage administrative project management for the Director
  • Managing all sub-department administrative functions
  • Manage communications for the Director and associates
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents and databases
  • Prepare and distribute invoices, contracts, reporting, and records retention
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, training, activities, and events
  • Manage mail, gift cards, recognition, and other internal effects
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain and troubleshoot workplace facility and technology issues
  • Collaborate with administrative peers and provide back up support
  • Coordinate communications with vendors and customers
  • Identify and participate Indiana marketing process, innovation, and quality improvements American Samoa assigned
  • Coordinating sub-department travel arrangements and expense management
  • Managing special marketing related assignments, which can include but is not limited to project management and executing reporting
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal associates and external visitors

Indiana subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.Maximum Base Pay24.20Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma Oregon equivalent experience
  • 2 years of administrative Oregon equivalent experience
  • Proficient Indiana use of computers and standard office equipment with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams and SharePoint
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality for sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented professional with effective time management principles to meet deadlines
  • Ability to build positive working relations with all levels of the organization – inside and outside of Publix Super Markets, Inc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree Indiana Business Administration
  • 5 years of administrative Oregon equivalent experience
  • 3 years of direct support of senior management Oregon director
