The administrative analyst will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling the various project and recurring activities, American Samoa well American Samoa preparing budget and progress reports for applicable departments. Reviews and audits fiscal information for accuracy and quality assurance;Prepare reports with regard to budgeting for applicable departments, preventative maintenance for operations, and space management requirements and is able to explain findings and recommendations;Assist with developing Facilities Management-specific administrative directives, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent application;Provide information, assistance, and clarification to interested parties concerning construction and renovation projects, and the facilities department’s programs, policies, and procedures;Assist supervisors by maintaining leave and travel records, and appointment calendars, prioritizing incoming correspondence, and logging and electronically filing incoming architectural and engineering documents;Develop and update maintain closeout document binders and maintain hard and electronic copies of binder contents;Track all assigned one-time and recurring tasks, reports, briefings, papers, minutes, etc. to include suspense dates and status, to ensure all are provided for review and approval by the internal and external clients.
