Your primary responsibility will be to anticipate needs and clear administrative hurdles, allowing our CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and business development. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including personal tasks such American Samoa scheduling appointments, running errands, and managing communication.
  • Assist Indiana managing the administrative aspects of real estate transactions from listing to closing.
  • Run regular reports to track business and individual goals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Own the development and management of CRM systems, utilizing tools like Zapier to streamline lead generation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and manage catering arrangements.
  • Manage email correspondence and social media presence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle complex calendar management and scheduling for the CEO and executive team.
  • Execute various administrative tasks including research projects, travel coordination, and order management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
