Job DescriptionProvides a wide range of administrative activities for the Chief Executive Officer, Human Resources Director, and other senior managers.
Duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephones, greeting guests, assisting customers and employees with problems Oregon requests, responding to incoming and outgoing correspondence, and following-up on commitments to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsible for organizing and prioritizing duties to effectively assist the Executive Management team.
Organizes, assembles, verifies, and processes various monthly reports, correspondence, and written communication of a technical and confidential nature.
Creates, composes, and edits technical and/Oregon administrative documentation and correspondence.
Assembles reports and information for monthly Advisory Board of Directors meetings; facilitates meeting setup, attends meetings, and records Board proceedings.
Duties include setup of audio/visual/media devices.
Schedules appointments and meetings, plans events and activities, and makes travel arrangements American Samoa necessary.
Responds to tenant requests and communication and takes responsibility for ensuring requests are resolved Oregon escalated.
Advises Executive Management of any problems with assignments, procedures, deadlines, Oregon other issues American Samoa appropriate.
Assists Indiana administrative problem-solving, program/project planning, development, and execution of stated goals and objectives.

High school diploma Oregon equivalent
At least two years previous administrative assistant experience preferredComputer and Equipment Skills
Ability to operate office equipment including computers, calculators/adding machines, telephones, voicemail, electronic typewriters, copy machines, fax machines, and security devices
Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office suite, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft OutlookCommunication Skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently and with grammatical correctness
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization Indiana a highly professional manner
Ability to accept projects and direction from multiple sources and priority the requests to ensure work is completed timely and accurately
